This page is intended to support user-facing data deletion requests and social-login compliance reviews, including Facebook Login data-deletion review needs.
2. How to request deletion
- Use our website contact page at yakoloja.com/contact
- Contact us through the official support channel listed on the Yakoloja website
- If an account-management or deletion tool is available inside a Yakoloja product, use that tool and follow the prompts
3. Information to include in your request
- Your full name
- The email address, phone number, or username linked to your Yakoloja account
- The login provider you used, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple
- Your request type, such as account deletion, unlinking a social-login provider, or deleting profile information
- Any other details needed to verify the request safely
4. What happens after your request
We may ask for additional information to verify identity and protect account security. Once verified, we will review the request and delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, subject to lawful retention requirements, security logs, backup cycles, financial records, and fraud-prevention obligations.
If you signed in through Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple, deletion or unlinking may affect your ability to access the account unless another sign-in method is available.
